Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to delete personal data associated with your The DJ Calendar member account. For general privacy practices, see our Privacy Policy.

1. WHAT WE STORE

When you create a member account, we may store:

• Display name, username, email address, and password hash;
• Profile photo and bio you add on your dashboard;
• Favorite artists and email alert preferences linked to your account;
• Basic login timestamps and session data needed for security.

2. DELETE YOUR DJ CALENDAR ACCOUNT

To request permanent deletion of your member account and associated personal data:

1. Go to our contact page and send a message with the subject line Delete my account.
2. Include the email address tied to your account.
3. We will verify the request and confirm deletion by email when complete.

After deletion, we remove or anonymize account records, favorites, alert subscriptions tied to your email, profile photo uploads, and linked sign-in identifiers, except where we must retain limited information for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.

3. EMAIL ALERTS WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT

If you subscribed to artist or tour email alerts without a full member account, use the unsubscribe link in any alert email, or contact us with the subscribed address and ask us to remove it from our mailing list.
